My online store is set up very traditionally. Click on a indexed subject, and the page will display what I have in stock and for sale along with prices. Click on a picture of the item you are interested in and you will view a description and better picture of the item you are interested in, if you click on the small picture in the description. To order an item simply click on the add to shopping cart icon. You will then be able to start the traditional purchasing process. Everything is prompted. I accept paypal, and credit cards for payment. Shipping charges are added to the bill just before confirming you accept the total amount. So you will know exactly how much everything will cost before you aggree to pay for it. You can cancil your order up to the moment before you agree to pay it. If you don't want to go into the shopping cart to find out how much shipping will be you can e-mail me at robotparts@aol.com with the name of the item and item number. I will be happy to explain what the shipping charges will be.
Shipping charges.
When I ship I usually use US Postal Service priority mail. Somtimes I will inform in the item description that I have to ship an item USPS parcel post. This is usually when an item costs more to ship then it's worth. It happens. After I ship your order I will refund the unused postage to either your paypal or credit card account. Then e-mail you with the shipping information, cost, delivery confirmation number and total postage refunded. I've found that UPS is usually more expensive to arrive at the same time as USPS priority mail. If you are purchasing from outside the United States it is best to contact me before ordering so together we can decide the best method for shipping and the cost. Finally if you have any questions about delivery methods please e-mail me, I will be happy to use any method you want.
A final word for my customers in Racine and Kenosha, Wi. Please e-mail me before purchaseing, I can deliver your purchase without shipping. But if you use the shopping cart there is no way to not be charged shipping.
