Customer Service Survey.

I hope to find out what people think about how I treat them during a sale. It's kind of scary, anyone can see the results. I found out that I can only erase the whole survey, and not individual answers. I'm just starting this on 10/20/09. No answers yet, but I think the questions are dated so you can tell if I started over.
