This is ED2000 from the movie RoboCop. The top half can swivle indepently of the bottom half. and the legs can be postioned with a cool clicking sound. It was supposed to be able to fire roll caps, but I have never tried it before. So I'm going to say that part does not work. It is in good condition, loose and played with. It is missing all accessories.
