This is a Nylint, Michigan cable crane. It's steel, and has the words Michigan on the front steel bumper. It says air brakes on the rear plastic bumper. The crane part swivels, and the arm can be raised by turning the spool that the string is attached to. The crane is missing a hook for the cable used in the crane. This toy does have some rust spots and some scratches. This toy is in good condition, but it's not packaged. Due to the toy's size it can only be shipped parcel post.
