Schylling has made alot of retro toys recently. They are famous for making metal tops and Jack N the Boxes. Since this top was made by them I know it was made recently. But don't let that fact discourage you. This toy is as well made as any of the older toys. When you pump the top piece the top spins. I was also suprised to find out that it sings too. That means as it turns it holds a haunting single note, that sounds just like a harmonica holding one note. This toy is in good conditon, and works well.
