Fisher Price's Chatty Phone was a pull toy that rang when you dialed, and the eyes moved when you pulled it along. They still make it in a all plastic form. This one has a wooden bottom to it. In the old times Fisher Price toys were made out of wood. In the 70's some still had some wood parts.
