This is the Power Rangers Frog Zord. I think it was the lower body of the Megazord that Starred in the first Power Rangers movie. It is loose, in good condition, but has no accessories. The black Ranger went from piloting a mighty mammoth, to driving a frog. Trade up? You decide.
