Mike W on his scooter is a infared controled toy. Like your TV remote you have to point the controler at it to work it. Mike can go forward and reverse his leg moves to look like he is powering his ride. And he frantically waves his hand at the same time, while moving his eye and commenting on how well he rides his scooter. It's a neat toy, able to make anyone that likes the character smile when they play with it. Mike on his scooter is loose, but in good working condition. I tested it and it talks, moves and does what it's supposed to. It comes with the controller.
