This is Brick Bazooka one of the Commando Elite bad guys from the Movie Small Soldiers. His action feature is, when you press a button his head flips into a gun. He was one of the second series of toys made for the movie, so it's a little rare. It's played with and in good condition. But it is missing all accessories.
