Waaayyy back in the 70's.  1973 to be exact, there was a popular Sci Fi show called the Six Million dollar man.  Basically a astronaught that was horribly injured during a rocket accident, and was healed having his various limbs replaced with mechanical or "bionic" arms and legs.  To the cost of Six million dollars.  "We can rebuild him, we have the technology!"  After that sort of thing happens, what else is a person to do but go to work for a secret government agency called O.S.S.  This is the toy from that show.

The original toy came with a red workout suit, with the Bionic man logo on the left upper front, tennis shoes, and a plastic car engine block.  It had a veiwer hole in the back of the head to look through to simulate his Bionic vision.  And a red button on it's back that when pressed repeatedly would cause the right arm to raise with a ratcheting motion.  This toy that I am selling is Loose, it has no box.  It is missing the red jacket for the Track suit, but it has been replaced with a white shirt with the SMD logo on it.  This toy has no shoes, it is missing the tennis shoes, and it is missing the plastic engine block.  What this toy does have is three right arms.  The Six million dollar man had many accessories for the toys.  Among them was the special mission arms.  A laser, gas mask, and laser gun arms.  On the toy you could replace the original right arm that came with the toy with one of these special arms that were covered in flesh colored rubber to simulate skin.  This toy is missing the original right arm but has the three accessorie arms.  Over time the fake skin on the arms has become brittle and ripped off.  The last things to tell you about this toy is the right arm dosn't raise by itself anymore when you press the red button on the back.  This toy only comes with what you see in the pictures.  And due to the fact it was made in 1973, this toy is sold "AS IS".  That means if it breaks after you receive it, I don't give your money back.
