This is Steel will in his sonic suit. After SilverHawks were introduced, Kenner decided to continue the toy line with new versions of the good guys and more bad guys. The Good guy SilverHawks were reintroduced wearing their new sonic suits. The sonic suits featured not as much metalizing as the first series, it was only on the torso and head. The wings are made of plastic and attached to the back of the figure. You can fold them behind the figure. The most noticable feature is the lowering visor on the figures head. SteelWill looks like he's wearing a football helmet with his visor down. There does seem to be a lever on his back but it does not do anything that I can see. This toy is in good condition, it is loose and played with. It has no accessories with it.
