I.Q. is the strong guy/super smart one of the Bionic 6. Bionic 1's adopted son, as with all of this familys children can't be recognized by his friends when he is being a superhero even though he dosen't wear a mask. This particular action figure I remember came with a cowboy hat. I remember I didn't purchase it back then because of that. It looked stupid on him and he didn't wear it during the cartoon. Luckily it comes off because this action figure dosen't have the cowboy hat. This action figure is also die-cast metal.
