The R.A.M. was among the first accessories realeased for the re-emerging G.I. JOE toy line in the eighties. It didn't come with an action figure, but it did have a blueprint/instructions. This toy is loose without the box and in good condition It does still have the blueprint, but I think the handle bars are missing. You never saw them anyway the figure would stick it's hands inside the cowling near the front and you never saw them anyway. Due to it's age this is a "as is" item.
