The F.L.A.K. was one of the first accessories, made for the re-emerging G.I. JOE line in the early eighties. No action figure was issued with it, and it came with a blueprint/ instructions like all the early vehicles. This one is loose, and has no box. It is complete though and even has the blueprint with it. Because of it's age this is a "as is" item.
